Soline

Soline, a village in the southwestern part of Dugi Otok, is charmingly situated in the deep and protected bay Solišćic, which is also a popular anchorage. Soline was named after the former saltworks that were once located in this bay. Accommodation in this quiet idyllic place can be found in family houses and apartments by the sea. Soline is a particularly attractive tourist destination due to the proximity of the most beautiful beach on the island, beach Sakarun. Its white sand in combination with the turquoise blue color of the sea simply leaves you breathless.
