Villa Ani is a beautiful luxury stone house built in a rustic style, located in quite and picturesque village Dol on the island of Brač where you can enjoy soaking in the fresh air and relaxing in a peaceful atmosphere. Eco-ethno Village Dol is located in a deep canyon just 2 km from the seaside town of Postira. Dol is a culturally protected place that with its position, architecture and nature that surrounds it provides a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It is a perfect destination to avoid summer hustle and a getaway from the noise and crowd. Villa Ani can accommodate a maximum of 8 people in its four modern bedrooms equipped with large double beds, a baby cot, and 3 en-suite bathrooms. The indoor fireplace located in the living room will complete the romantic atmosphere that this villa offers. The combination of traditional Dalmatian exterior and modern interior design of the villa, provides a unique experience of tradition with all the benefits of modern times.
In front of the outdoor dining room, there is a heated infinity salt water pool with a panoramic view of the beautiful green landscape that merges with the sea in the distance. Whether you are relaxing on the sun loungers or lounge chairs by the pool, you are sure to enjoy the beautiful view and the silence that Villa Ani offers. In this villa, private covered parking is provided on the property.
As part of the covered terrace, guests of Villa Ani have at their disposal an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue for preparing delicious meals in the fresh air, which they can then enjoy in the outdoor dining area. In front of the outdoor dining area lies a gorgeous 30m2 heated pool with salt water where you can take a refreshing swim while enjoying the unsurpassed panoramic view of the Adriatic Sea and the pristine green landscape. Stretch out on the sun loungers and armchairs by the pool soaking up the sun, in the absolute privacy of Villa Ani or cool off at the outdoor shower.
Villa Ani is the work of a father and son who, through their work, effort and desire, achieved their life’s work and achieved what they dreamed of together.
It is a family project that we are still developing, and we are trying to provide our guests with a stay they will remember. We have incorporated traditional architecture that has conditioned a very demanding performance such as a stone roof, construction in the old Brač stone with a personalized modern design that provides luxury and comfort.
The villa consists of three floors (270m2) with terrace, heated saltwater pool, outdoor fireplace and summer kitchen, garden available to guests and outdoor area for enjoyment and stay.
In the basement there is a garage connected by a staircase to the ground floor which consists of a kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room, bathroom and one bedroom. On the second floor there are three more bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace. We try to convey to our guests all the beauties of the island of Brač with tastings of oils and wines from organic farming, gourmet specialties, organic vegetables and fruits from our own garden, which we offer them every day to choose from.
