Privlaka is located on a peninsula near the city of Zadar and the royal town of Nin. The clean blue sea and its exotic sandy beaches make Privlaka a real little paradise for a quiet family vacation. According to legend, the local brides would bring a cake and apples to the well the morning after the wedding, and the belief is that the apple, which is thrown into one of the Privlaka wells, would reach the seashore sooner than the one who threw it. Also many other legends of the area are just waiting to be discovered, such as the one about the fairies Prislavka and Primorka and the unfortunate Sokolar.
