This family farm Ratac consists of the holiday house Ratac**** with its plot of land, swimming-pool, garden, olive grove, orchard, vegetable patch and vineyard together with both an indoor and outdoor grill, wine cellar and traditional water storage tank with cca 30 m3 of drinking water.
We offer you a holiday in a natural Mediterranean ambiance, in the area of the nature park and beach ‘Zlatni rat‘, close to the Bluesun hotels ‘Elaphusa‘, ‘Borak‘ and ‘Bonaca‘, hotel ‘Bretanide’, the tennis centre ‘Potočine‘ and windsurfing and diving areas (all within 100 – 200 m). It is a 5 minute walk to the beach ‘Zlatni rat’ and a 10 minute walk to the town centre.
The house can accommodate a maximum of 10 people in two separate apartments. On the 1st floor (90 m2) there is a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and large balcony. On the ground floor there is a second apartment (70 m2) which consists of a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, an extra bed in the living room, and a large terrace with grill.
The house has air conditioning and Wi-fi.
During your stay you can taste our local produce: traditional homemade brandy, red wine (famous Plavac mali "Zinfandale"), olive oil (from our olive grove) and our dried figs. You can taste our Mediterranean food (octopus salad, octopus with potatoes, fish and other dishes from the grill).
There is a separate small building behind the house, with an indoor grill which is available for your use at any time.
In front of the house there is a stone lined swimming pool, a garden with Mediterranean plants (lavender, rosemary, sage), almon, walnutand and apple tree, rose hip, lemon, tangerine and grapefruit trees. What a pleasure to sit on our lounch chairs and sipp a glass of red vine.
We are an excellent starting point for hikers, mountain bikers, divers, wind surfers, tennis players and hunters.
The house has parking lot for 4 cars.
The host lives next door, 20 m from the house, in a separate building, and is available should you require anything.
