The house is located in the middle of the bay with a beautiful view of the beach and the open sea. The terrace is 5 meters away from the house. The house is two storey with an outside entrance to the upper floor (rooms and bathroom). On the lower floor is the kitchen. Light is obtained with a solar panel, the fridge, freezer and stove work on gas, the water is collected from rain. Parking is 30 m away from the house.
