Mirca is a small village located 3 km west of Supetar. In the old alleys open-air exhibitions are prepared, and many tourists can admire the works of the artist. The inhabitants traditionally live off of fruit and vines. The museum oil production opened in the building of the old oil mill as part of a project called carefree vacation village of olives and artists. Parish Church of Our Lady of the Visitation was built in 1733.
Sutivan is a village and harbor on the northern part of the island with beautiful beaches.
Bobovisca are located on the west coast of the island in a beautiful bay that branches out over the harbor to Bobovišća and Vicja bay. Bobovisca port always attracts many boaters, while Vicja bay is known as the site of the Illyrian & Greek civilizations. Stone waterfront in Port Bobovisca is harmoniously surrounded by stone houses, most notably a house by Gligo family from the 18th century, remodeled to mansion. Its sublime beauty dominates the coastline of this small town. If you visit Bobovisca you will certainly enjoy the rich cultural heritage of the place, Roman and Byzantine archaeological sites, and above all the hospitality of a small Dalmatian town.
In the western part of the island of Brac is the place Lozisca, 2km from the sea. This is a lively resort with a distinctive island style building. Lozisca are modest and harmonious place of steep streets. The most visible building is the village's parish church of St. John and Paul dominated by slender and ornate tower, built in 1889 according to designs by Ivan Rendić.
Milna is situated on the western side of the island, 18 km from Supetar. Milna is one of the most harmonious 'little towns' of Baroque urbanism on the Dalmatian coast and the best natural harbor on the island of Brac in which even during the construction of Diocletian's Palace in Split, the emperor's fleet was located as a safe harbor. Milna was established in the XVI. century and developed around the castle Cerinic who erected the church of St. Mary. Milna was dominated by shipbuilders and captains of the XVIII. and XIX. century. The bay in which Milna is located bifurcates into two sleeves, Pebble and Panther. Today, this space is a marina with berths, modern fitted to stay safe and service to sailors from around the world. Crystal clear waters, healthy domestic food, ideal conditions for diving, sailing, fishing, frequent and fast connections to the mainland, are the main reasons for coming to this beautiful Mediterranean town.
