Villa Tomic is a beautiful stone house with a huge croft (6200 m2), its own swimming pool and a magnificent view of the sea. Its modern interior and rustic exterior make a great combination for a perfect vacation. The villa is located in natural surroundings only 50 meters from the sea. Secluded, away from hustle and bustle, it has every modern amenity you could want and is within easy reach of the town. Experience romantic sunsets while sitting in the garden or on the terrace, listening to the lapping of the sea. Enjoy our homemade wine, made from grapes from the vineyard right in front of the villa. Several beautiful beach clubs can be found within a 100-meter radius of the villa, and a hydro-airport is only three kilometres from the house. The house consists of two bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms with toilets, a kitchen, a dining room and a living room with a couch that can be transformed into a comfortable double bed. The house is entirely climate controlled and equipped with all amenities. The swimming pool is 30 m2 , and the area is landscaped with natural pebbles. The villa is situated in Grebišće Bay, which is right in the centre of Hvar island and only 3 km away from Jelsa, 11 km from Stari Grad and 28 km from Hvar Town. According to the Rough Guides portal, Grebišće Bay is one of the top ten beaches in Croatia. You can cancel up to eight weeks before your arrival and get your deposit back. If you cancel after eight weeks before your arrival, you'll not be entitled to your deposit.
